LITTLE ROCK (6-4) Moving construction materials across Highway 112 in Springdale will require temporary traffic stops, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

A temporary road crossing will be utilized north of Carrie Smith Road. The work will require short, intermittent stoppages of traffic while construction equipment crosses the highway. Steel plates will be laid on the highway to prevent pavement damage.
